As I promised myself, today was a fabulous day!
Today is technically my "Hump Day" I'm off and hanging out with my kids on Friday. We'll be going to see Disney on Ice. Don't laugh, but I think I'm more excited than they are! I LOVE Disney. Has anyone noticed the Mickey Mouse tattoo on my ankle? Yeah, bad idea but, it was a great one when I was 19.

I love the belt!I have a belt that I have been wanting to wear but I just can't put it together :( And I too have a tattoo that was a good idea at the time but definitely not now!!!
Love that color on you. I have a fav belt right now too, so I totally understand. Have fun at Disney On Ice!
wide belt sure defines a gal's figure. i have shorter upper body so wide belt does not work for me. : (
Thanks ladies!
Savvy Mode - Don't give up on the wide belt! I too have a short torso (I'm 5'4" and have the torso of my two yo daughter!)and have come up with ways that work for me, to pull off the look.
I'm really not a tucker. If I tucked it would look like my pants are pulled up to my neck and that's just not hot. And I tend to choose longer shirts that elongate my upper body, which makes me more comfortable once I put the belt on.
There is only one outfit that I have archived where I have tucked and that is my 8/27 posting. I think it worked because of the slender pencil skirt and where I have placed the belt. That's my Faux Long and Lean post, LOL :o)
Not all wide belts are created equal. You may have to try on half a dozen to find one that suits you best. Give it another shot!
I've jumped on the wide (and skinny) belt bandwagon. My problem is I want to wear them every, single day!
I do wear them just about every day. Their my security blanket and I can hide a few rolls underneath them! Hey, it beats wearing a gurdle and it's cute :o)
I love this too - LOVE. I'm just under 5'3 and have to watch it with wide belts (I'm short-waisted and they creep up), but you still can't pry me away from them. I love the look too much.
