Merry Christmas...from Chadwick's
I stumbled across a discount code for Chadwick's which was Buy One Item Get One FREE (ch18161-I think it expires 12/16). I definitely thought I read that wrong too. I inserted the code and got a dress for free!!! Wooohooo. I promise I will wrap them and put them under the tree and I also vow to shop for my kids next week :)
I'm really short which is why I wear heels 99.9% of the time and I was thinking of taking the hem up a bit, maybe to just above the knee on both dresses. What do you think?
I like Chadwicks dresses, but last time I ordered something it never got here. And then the customer service people said they never received my order, and wouldn't reimburse me...even though they had already charged me!
Cautionary tale! But I would hem the dresses, probably...to maybe right at or under the knee?
Definitely hem to the knee. Hardly anyone can carry off a hem that breaks at the mid-calf. I like the wrap dress on the left- is it a full or faux wrap? Either way, it's a classic cut, and you can't beat the price.
Erica - That stinks! I don't think that's ever happened to me. I am a pro at ordering online and have a folder where I keep all of my confirmations. Just because I'm anal I print the confirmation I get once I submit my order, just in case I don't get one emailed to me.
Anon-I'm not sure if it's a faux or full wrap. I promised I wouldn't open them until Christmas so, I'll keep you posted :)
